Preparation & Brewing
There are many teas for the world to enjoy! When it comes to green tea, we don't want to steep the individual bag in water that's over 190 F. The ideal temperature of the water should be at 170 F - 185 F. People tend to use pots to get water hot, which can take some time. Purchasing a electronic kettle that identify water temperature will help precise temperature range. Most of the kettles can be purchase on Amazon!
Directions to brewing:
Pour it into your favorite mug!
Drink either cold or hot!

If you have a sensitive stomach please drink the tea in between meals.
Drinking green tea around 10:00 am - 11:00 am would be an ideal time to drink green tea. (Drink green tea 2 hours prior before bedtime)
Directions to brewing:
- warm up water to recommended temperature 170 F or 185 F
- 1 individual tea bag (placed in 8oz cup) (reuse bag up to 4 cups)
- Allow the the tea to steep for at least 10 seconds
- Place one tea bag in 1.5L pot.
- Add small amount of hot water
- Shake well and fill with ice water
Pour it into your favorite mug!
